As per TSA requirements under FAR 49 CFR §1552.3 you will need to bring in proof of US citizenship by either a U.S. Passport OR Birth Certificate AND Government Issued ID (Driver’s license or state ID card.)
Non U.S. Citizens must apply for TSA clearance at: www.fts.tsa.dhs.gov

You will receive an I-20 and Acceptance letter in the mail. You will then need to complete Payment of the I-901 Fee and begin TSA Clearance requirements. Follow steps listed on the following:

Send Skyview Aviation your travel information. You will also need to send a deposit to ensure your books/ materials will be ready for your arrival.
